During the development of Upside Drown, a story-driven 3D Adventure game, I took on the management of the art division and organisation thereof, due to which I was able to gain a deeper insight into the development pipelines of game development in particular and the communication between artists and programmers.
My job in the developmental process included, among other things, the creation of art concepts and turnarounds as well as style guides and presentation materials like banners, roll-ups and business cards. Simultaneously, I was able to apply and consolidate my skills to guide and conduct meetings and to work in close collaboration with 3D artists.
